Professor of Civil Law department at Tashkent State University of Law since 2021. Holds PhD (2009) and Doctor of Law (2020) degrees from Tashkent State University of Law. Former Dean of Faculty for 1st and 2nd year students. Recipient of Talent Foundation grant with internship experience at University of Bundeswehr, Hamburg in 2003. He specializes in Civil Law, Family and Inheritance Law, Law of Obligations and Property Law. Completed recent internships at University of Gdańsk (2023-2024) and delivered lectures at multiple institutions including Belarusian State University and Kazakh National University. Author of 7 monographs and over 120 scientific articles. Contributed to 13 textbooks and developed 8 educational guides. Holds the title of 3rd class Justice Counselor.
